Partner Responsibilities
- Promote Skinovate Nexa products ethically and responsibly
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Avoid misleading, false, or unapproved claims
- Maintain accurate and updated KYC and personal details
Independent Contractor Status
Partners operate as independent business associates and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Skinovate Nexa.
Commission & Payouts
- Commissions are paid strictly as per the approved compensation plan
- Payouts are subject to tax deductions and statutory compliance
Termination
Skinovate Nexa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account if company policies, ethical standards, or legal requirements are violated.
Violation of this agreement may result in immediate account suspension, termination, or legal action if required.
