Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Skinovate Nexa believes in transparency, ethical business practices, and customer satisfaction.

This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled under the Skinovate Nexa direct selling business model.

1. Nature of Business Model

Skinovate Nexa operates on a direct selling / network marketing (MLM) model, where product and business package purchases are linked to a compensation and incentive structure.

Upon successful purchase, bonuses, commissions, and incentives may be distributed to eligible partners as per the approved compensation plan.

2. Product Quality Assurance

  • Manufactured under quality-controlled conditions
  • Sealed, hygienic, and safety-tested
  • Approved for sale before dispatch

Customers and partners are requested to review product details, ingredients, usage instructions, and suitability before placing an order.

3. Refund Policy – Important Explanation

Once a product or business package is purchased, the purchase amount is system-processed and linked with product dispatch, partner structure, and incentive calculations.

Therefore, refunds are not automatic and will only be considered under genuine and approved circumstances as defined in this policy.

4. Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase and unboxing evidence may be required

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If a damaged, defective, or wrong product is received, the customer must notify Skinovate Nexa within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from the company.
Skinovate Nexa does not guarantee refund approval. All refund, return, or cancellation requests are subject to internal verification and management decision.
