Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Promotional or discounted items

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Damaged or Wrong Products

Customers must notify the company within 48 hours of delivery along with proper proof (images/video).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from the company.
