Partner Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the participation of partners in the Skinovate Nexa direct selling business.

By registering as a partner on www.skinovatenexa.com, you agree to comply with all terms stated below.

1. Eligibility

Partners must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Independent Business Relationship

Partners are independent business associates and shall not be considered employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of Skinovate Nexa.

3. Nature of Business

  • Sale of Skinovate Nexa products to end consumers
  • Legitimate team sales performance
  • No income is paid for recruitment alone

4. No Guaranteed Income

Skinovate Nexa does not guarantee any income. Earnings depend on individual effort, time, consistency, market conditions, and customer sales performance.

5. Product & Medical Disclaimer

  • All products are cosmetic/cosmeceutical in nature
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • Partners must not make medical or therapeutic claims

6. Ethical Conduct

Partners must act ethically, honestly, and responsibly. Misrepresentation or false promises are strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • False income or guaranteed earning claims
  • Pyramid or money circulation activities
  • Stock loading
  • Brand misuse
  • Unauthorized promotions

8. Legal Compliance

Partners must comply with all applicable Indian laws including Consumer Protection Act 2019, Direct Selling Rules 2021, GST and IT laws.

9. Payments & Commissions

Commissions are paid as per the company compensation plan and subject to verification and applicable deductions.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Skinovate Nexa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if policies, laws, or brand standards are violated.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, systems, content, and training material belong to Skinovate Nexa. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Confidentiality

Partners must protect all confidential company and customer information.

13. Amendments

Skinovate Nexa may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction shall be decided by the company.
